This is the repair of bone loss using particulates which may be from the patient themselves, cow, other donor – human or synthetic .
Dr Fairbairn has for the last 9 years preferred the synthetic route as these materials are readily available ( used extensively in Orthopedic and spinal surgery ) , bacterio-static and fully bio-absorbed thus helping the body to return itself to a healthy state.
He has helped develop surgical techniques as well as material development to enable consistent, safe restoration of the damaged bone.
The Implant is nearly always placed at the time of the graft which means there is only 1 surgical session again for patient comfort and improved healing.
Even the most extreme cases of bone loss can be restored with these methods with dramatically reduced post-operative pain.
ALL POSSIBLE ISSUES SUCH AS POSSIBLE LOSS OF AN IMPLANT ARE DEALT WITH AT NO FEE TO THE PATIENT IRRESPECTIVE OF THE CAUSE .
THERE WILL BE NO EXTRA COSTS TO THE PATIENT WHERE INCREASED COMPLEXITY OF THE CASE MAY MEAN MORE WORK NEEDED.
